Pan-fried Mutton Chops

Mutton chops 1 kg

Clean and prepare your chops. Put them in a pan/IP/pressure cooker (whatever you use to tenderize your meat but don’t over do it) with little water, 1/2 teaspoon salt and few garlic cloves.

I gave 2 minutes pressure in IP.

After that you need to put masala on your chops.

For masala you need:

Salt 1 teaspoon

Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon

Chilli flakes 1/2 teaspoon

Tandoori masala 1 teaspoon

Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon

Yoghurt 2 tablespoons

Lemon juice of 1 whole lemon

Mix all this together and marinate your chops with it for about 10-15 minutes.

You can grill your chops under the broiler in the oven or pan fry them with little oil.

Serve with roasted potatoes and veggies of your choice.
