Chinese cuisine is popular all over the world, yet every country you go to, will have a different taste. As it’s said, the authentic Chinese cuisine is very different from what we might have eaten. As the restauranteurs, try to incorporate the local taste into any foreign cuisine.
In Indonesia, there is a huge Chinese population. When we are in a mood for some good Indonesian Chinese food, we usually opt for Imperial Kitchen & Dimsum. It’s not your fancy kind of place but definitely good quality.

We have happened to try variety of things here, and we were never disappointed.

Some of their must try dishes are the Fried Noodles, Chicken Fried Rice, Broccoli Garlic, Fried Tofu, steamed meatballs (Bakso Sapi), Noodle soups, most of their stir fried chicken, vegetables and beef dishes, Prawn Dimsum and many more.

The not so happy thing about their noodles is that before they used to make fresh noodles on the spot, but now they have pre made, which also taste good, but of course fresh is always better.

They make the best chili oil, from whatever chili oils I have tried up till now.

A must try!
