Sushi Bar

Sushi Bar is located at a relatively less crowded mall called the ‘Kuningan City’ in the Kuningan area of Jakarta, Indonesia.

We usually go to this mall to do groceries, mainly for the reason that it’s not too crowded and you can easily get parking.

Once, we were looking for some place to have lunch, other than our usual place to eat that is the Imperial Kitchen (Chinese Indonesian rest.), and we came across the Japanese Sushi Bar. The prices seemed quite reasonable. So, this weekend again, we happened to go there.

We tried the Kappa Maki (cucumber & sesame seed) and Salmon Maki, along with that we also ordered Beef Ramen noodles and chicken Yakiniku Don (chicken rice bowl in Yakiniku sauce).

The sushi tasted great! The Kappa Maki was fresh and tasty and Salmon Maki was also freshly made with no fishy smell, we had them with a dash of Wasabi (a dash goes a longggg way), pickled ginger and soy sauce. Though, there are many varieties of sushi available there, along with the fusion ones but we did not try those. The noodle and rice dishes were also not bad at all.

Our total bill was IDR. 127.000 without the drinks. Extremely easy on the pockets and tasty food for the price.
